Friday april 23rd

Today I started my day with simple core workout for about 30m around 7:15, next thing I know I’m running down a beautiful trail just up the road from my house at 8:30-9:15ish and did about 8 laps of 800-1200 (haven’t tracked the distance yet but that’s pretty close) meters. When I got back I began my stretching by watching and performing yoga (it didn’t last long i suck at it) so I moved on to an upper body workout for awhile then slowed down and hopped into my other class for the day at 10:20. Over all was a great morning looking forward to Monday.
