Monday April 26th

This morning was pretty decent, I woke up at 8:00 not leaving much time to get ready for my run when it was time. I didn’t end up doing as much as I did Friday from lack of sleep but still put in quite a bit. I did around six instead of eight sprints down the trail this time. When I got back I was just in time for yoga, that only lasted for me about 2m then I moved on to my own workouts and stretches. Today was alright but could have done better. Hoping that the next time we go out I can put out a little more.
