Did a little soft workout and went straight to work after for the day.
Thursday May 13th
Today I didn’t do the MMA video I just went ahead and did my own workout at first then when everyone did the same little exercise I joined in and did 10x everything and added in skipping rope and push-ups. 5 mountain climbers/shoulder taps then add 10 to that each time, then I would do 10 push-ups in between that, and the jump rope I would do for 60s (as many as I could at once) because I didn’t have stairs where I was. Then I biked to work again.
Wednesday May 12th
I did a little core and upper body workout. Then I did one similar to the one Mr Peters showed me. Burpees, squats, burpees, sit ups, burpees and so on. 10 reps each time and did 12 sets. Then did some weights before and after then did a little bit of legs. When I was done I biked to work instead of ripping my dirtbike.
Tuesday May 11th
I woke up late and missed the boxing/MMA video and just did the ladder pushup/ sit up workout and then got ready and went to work.
Monday May 10th
Didn’t go for a run just did a workout at home then biked to work for the substitute to not running in the morning.
Monday May 3rd
I didn’t end up leaving the house till around 8:45 I had to help out with things around the house so I didn’t bother going for the 6k run plus there is no where around me to run that far unless it’s highway and I can’t run long distance on a track or road it has to be a trail with terrain for some reason. Not to mention it was pretty rainy so I pulled out the elliptical and did some performance runs on there that absolutely killed me even though it was only 30m. After I did lots and lots of leg workouts with a bench I have and a couple machines. After that with hardly any energy I slowly did the usual upper body / core.
Friday April 30th
This morning I put out what seemed like a hard run because of the terrain but only worked out to be somthing like 3.6km but the hills on the trail really wore me out afterwords but still did a little bit of core workouts and some more upper body. (Ditched on the yoga sorry mr.peters)
Thursday April 29th
I did lots of weights and worked on shoulders/ arms today. I didn’t do to much today it was pretty slow but hopefully this weekend I’ll do some more. I also worked on abs and they felt pretty tight after so that was a plus. Can’t wait for tomorrows run!.
Wednesday April 28th
This morning I went absolutely nuts and gave the run 110% unfortunately the app I used to calculate how for the run was needed wifi and I don’t have data on my phone so I appperantly only did 0.3km in 47m. I now have a ruff estimate on how long the trail actually is because it worked for a minute then quit on me so it’s about 300-500m each way and I ended up doing over 10 sprints. When I got back I didn’t even do a workout I was so tired. Today was pretty good my legs where burning looking forward to tomorrow.
Tuesday April 27th
Today was good I put in a nice clean workout today especially and really felt the burn from all those punches during the boxing video. After that I was on to one that Mr.peters even named after me. I ended up only doing the one set I was planning on doing it twice but didn’t have the energy to keep going, especially after all those punches. Today was good can’t wait for the next.
